COL GRAM

COL GRAM was envisaged by the Academic Coordinator of the Open Learning Development Centre (OLDC) as a single point of access for students of the Campus of Open Learning (COL) and the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) to raise academic and administrative queries. The platform facilitates access to support concerning Personal Contact Programme (PCP) classes and other student-related matters.

Students can submit their queries through the COL GRAM portal by providing the required details, including their name, SOL roll number or control number, programme, contact information and query description. Supporting documents may also be uploaded, where necessary, in accordance with the portal's file requirements.

Upon submission, students receive a tracking ID that enables them to monitor the status of their queries or complaints. Students should provide a valid email address and mobile number to facilitate communication regarding their submissions.

The current COL GRAM portal indicates a response or resolution period of 3–5 working days. Students should refer to the portal for the latest information regarding query processing and resolution.
