Our Story
Established in 1962 as the School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education under the University of Delhi, the (Erstwhile ) is one of India's pioneering institutions in Open and Distance Learning (ODL). Beginning with around 900 students, the institution has grown steadily over the decades and continues to expand access to higher education through Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), Personal Contact Programme (PCP) sessions, study centres, and technology-enabled learner support, while upholding the academic standards of the University of Delhi.
