Right to Information (RTI)

Under the Right to Information Act, 2005, citizens can request information from the School of Open Learning.

Public Information Officer (PIO)

The PIO is responsible for processing RTI applications and providing the requested information within the stipulated timeframe.

How to File an RTI

1. Write an application addressed to the PIO, SOL
2. Provide specific details of the information required
3. Pay the prescribed fee as per RTI guidelines
4. Submit the application online or at the SOL office

Appellate Authority

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may appeal to the First Appellate Authority within 30 days.
