The Primary Objective
The primary objective of the COL GRAM is to provide students with an accessible, transparent and accountable system for grievance resolution. It enables effective communication between students and institutional offices, helping ensure a responsive and learner-centric academic environment. It helps students to raise academic and administrative queries through a single digital platform and receive effective resolutions regarding their queries in a time-bound manner.
Campus of Open Learning Grievance Redressal and Management (COL GRAM)
Students can submit grievances related to Personal Contact Programme (PCP) classes, admissions, examinations, student services, digital portals and any other academic or administrative matter. Once a grievance is registered, the system generates a unique Tracking ID, allowing students to monitor the status of their complaint online.
